Suitable for novices and professionals
The Lifepak® 1000 Semi-Automatic Defibrillator with ECG Display and Manual Override can be used by those with no life saving experience or minimal first aid training through to emergency professionals first on the scene of a cardiac arrest.
ECG Display
Backlit LCD displays number of shocks delivered, elapsed time, text and graphics of heart rhythm and ECG. ECG information is received from the adult and Infant/Child electrodes in anterior-lateral or anterior-posterior positions. A 3-wire cable can be used for ECG monitoring (Lead II).
Semi-automatic defibrillator
The user is guided through what to do in three easy steps with loud voice prompts and pictures. When (and if) shocks are needed, the defibrillator will instruct the user when to push the shock button. Built in flexibility allows use by first responders or emergency professionals if needed.
Clear instructions
The unit gives clear voice and picture prompts for AED and CPR to calmly guide the user. The user is clearly instructed to deliver the shock if required at the press of a button.
Rugged design
The hardy design can withstand drops of up to a metre and the bright yellow case can be easily identified in the dark, as well as having bumpers.
Always ready for use
The unit self tests with a highly visible status ready indicator.
