This two-day course equips you to offer initial support, guide individuals toward professional help, and foster a workplace culture of openness around mental wellbeing. If you wish to achieve a Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid, you can book the assessment separately.

This one-day mental health first aid course qualifies delegates as Mental Health Responders. Delegates will be awarded the FutureQuals Level 2 Award in Mental Health: Workplace Responder qualification, which gives them an understanding of mental health issues that can affect individuals at work. They'll also learn about key policies and best practice frameworks for managing mental health in the workplace. This qualification is designed and delivered by St John Ambulance.
