From M25 J29
Take the A127 as far as the traffic lights at the Bell pub (traffic lights after the Tesco roundabout). Take the left turn signposted Rochford and follow to the next roundabout and take 3rd exit signposted Rochford. Follow road over rail bridge and at next roundabout (Anne Boleyn pub) take the second (right-hand) exit towards Purdeys Industrial Estate. At next mini roundabout take left turn onto Purdeys Industrial Estate and take 2nd turning on right, Rochehall Way. Number 18 is on the left.
From Southend / Shoeburyness
Follow Eastern Avenue to roundabout at junction of Sutton Road. Take exit signposted Rochford and follow Sutton Road. At next roundabout take 2nd exit (straight over) and follow road until reaching a mini roundabout. At mini roundabout (Anne Boleyn pub) take 2nd exit (right turn) onto Purdeys Industrial Estate and take 2nd turning on right, Rochehall Way. Number 18 is on the left.
