Get 50% OFF Training Courses

You may be able to get 50% off the cost of some of our courses through the CITB Employer Network Fund.

What is the CITB Employer Network Fund?

The CITB Employer Network Fund, established by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), aims to make training and funding more accessible for construction employers. Through this program, eligible businesses could receive up to 50% off the cost of a non-first aid training course, with the employer contributing the outstanding balance. This funding helps companies upskill their workforce while maintaining industry compliance.

St John Ambulance is available for you to choose as your trusted training provider. Ask for us by name when you SPEAK to your CITB Adviser about training.

Network fund key features:

Simplified Access: Employers can easily access training and funding without the need for extensive paperwork. All you need to do is contact your CITB Adviser. Your local Adviser can be found here
Wide Range of Training: The fund covers various training options, including health and safety regulations, National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs), role-specific short courses and soft skills training such as Mental Health First Aid.

Important note: You must be registered with the CITB before you can access the CITB Network fund, and be up-to-date with Levy payments.

How to claim your 50% discount

Choose a course

Choose a course you'd like to book on. We have a wide range of courses to choose from, including Mental Health Courses and Health and Safety Courses.

Step 2: Contact your CITB representative

Contact CITB to register your interest in the CITB Network fund, by registering online or talking with your local CITB representative. Discuss the name of courses you'd like to book onto, venues and dates.

Step 3: CITB will book the course directly with us

CITB books the course on your behalf directly with St John Ambulance, and will pay 50% of the course fee to us. They will then pass on your details to us.
Step 4: How to pay the outstanding balance

St John ambulance will email you a payment link for the booking, for the remaining balance. Please make payment within 7 working days to secure your place(s) on the course.
